The Human Figural Candle Can Be Used in Many Spells
The Beeswax Human Figural Candle is one of my favorites of the many figural candles made by Parlour of Wonders. It’s of course great for representing yourself in a spell if you’re nonbinary or don’t see yourself in the male or female figural candle. The possibilities don’t stop there though! You can use this amazing candle to represent a person of any gender, like bringing in a dream client for your business. If you’re bisexual or pansexual you could use this candle to bring a partner of any gender in a powerful love spell. Perhaps my favorite way to work with this candle, however, is to use it to represent a group of people. That could be your family, your community, the people of a city where there has been a tragedy, or even an entire country / the entire world!
Here are ten spells designed around this amazing figural candle! I built these spells with Candle Spell Booster Packs which are another one of my favorite ways to work! This makes them easily customizable too, if you want to tweak any of these spells just swap out the booster pack and oil! Not sure about doing a spell yourself? 1. A Candle Spell for Ending Writer’s Block
What You’ll Need: An Orange Beeswax Human Figural Candle, A Road Opener Candle Spell Booster Pack, High Creativity Sachet Powder and High Creativity Spiritual Oil
Instructions: Write your intention on the included petition paper and sit it under your candle spell tray. A good intention could be “I invite in muses and am always feeling inspired”. Dress your human candle with a generous amount of the High Creativity Oil in an upward motion to bring creative inspiration in. Sprinkle the glass glitter from your booster pack onto the candle and sit it in the middle of a tray or dish.
Dress each of your taper candles from the booster pack with the included Open Roads spiritual oil in an upward motion and add any remaining glitter to the support candles. Attach the candles to the plate by gently melting the bottoms with a match or lighter. Sprinkle the herbs from the herb packets around the candles.
Use your sachet powder to dust a pen or journal when lighting your candles. If you do your writing on a computer, dust your hands with the powder before you sit down to write.

2. Use Magic to Become Famous
What You’ll Need: A Yellow Beeswax Human Figural Candle, An Affluence Candle Spell Booster Pack, Fame and Fortune Spiritual Oil, Sunflower Petals and a Thyme Herb Bundle
Instructions: If you long for the limelight this spell is for you! It’s the perfect way to put a spotlight on your talents. Due to the non-gendered nature of this candle you could even use this spell to bring fame to a group such as to your band, cast mates, people you manage, or anyone else! Allow the Human candle to represent all of the people involved in your project who you wish to find fame.
Dress the candle with Fame & Fortune oil in an upward motion while speaking the details of the success you’d like to invite in. For example “I have so many eyes on my project” or “My new film brings in huge fortune and recognition”. Place the figural candle in the middle of your plate or dish and assemble the Affluence Booster Pack according to the instructions that come with it. Thyme is great for both inviting in abundance and protecting it once it arrives, so burn your Thyme Bundle each time you light the candles, swirling it in clockwise motions around your spell to bring the money and fame in! 3. A Spell to Make Your Coven More Powerful
What You’ll Need: A Purple Beeswax Human Figural Candle, An Empowerment Candle Spell Booster Pack, Psychic Eye Spiritual Oil, and a Mugwort Herb Bundle
Instructions: Working with a coven is a powerful way to amplify your magic. A Purple Human Figural Candle is perfect for representing your entire coven and increasing the group’s power. Depending on the size of your coven you may want to inscribe everyone’s names onto the base of this candle. Or you could just write “My Coven“. Begin by dressing the figural candle with Psychic Eye Oil in an upward motion. This oil will enhance intuition, increase psychic powers, and open up your third eye. 
Use the instructions included with your booster pack to add the additional ingredients to your spell. Mugwort is also a powerful ally for opening up psychic channels, so burn your Mugwort Bundle as you light the candles. You can have each member of your coven pass through the smoke so that everyone benefits from it.Your coven may also want to brew and drink a pot of Psychic Eye Potion while this spell burns to bring the energy of it into your bodies. Don’t have a coven? Use this same spell to empower yourself or your community!
Timing: Light this spell on a Monday or any day during the planetary hour of The Moon.
4. How To Do A Candle Spell For World Peace
What You’ll Need: A White Beeswax Human Figural Candle, a Tranquility Candle Spell Booster Pack, Powerful Protection Spiritual Oil and A Rosemary Bundle or A Peace and Tranquility Incense Spell Kit
Instructions: Peace is something the world can always use more of. You can use a white Human candle to represent people in war-torn countries, a marginalized community, your family, your group of friends, or the whole population of the world! Apply Powerful Protection oil to your white candle in an upward motion and then sprinkle the glass glitter from your booster pack onto the candle. 
As you do this speak your intention: “I bring in protection for my community” or “I invite in protection for the people of Ukraine”. Dress your thick tapers in the Peace and Tranquility Oil that comes with the booster pack.
Rosemary is a wonderful herb for inviting peace, so you can burn a Rosemary Herb Bundle alongside your spell to send a call for peace to your guides. Or you can burn a Peace and Tranquility Incense Spell Kit from Parlour of Wonders! If you’re looking for peace in a specific place (such as the workplace) you could leave the Kambamba Jasper from your booster pack at that space to keep the peace coming in.
Timing: Light this spell on a Sunday or any day during the planetary hour of The Sun.
5. Remove Trauma From Your Body With This Spell
What You’ll Need: A Blue Beeswax Human Figural Candle, A Healing Candle Spell Booster Pack, Holy Healing Spiritual Oil, and a Healing Pocket Mojo Bag
Instructions: Our bodies hold on to trauma, but they’re also capable of letting go of it. If you’re working on letting go of your past traumas this candle spell can help you on your journey. In cases of physical ailments to your body, this and other healing spells can lead you to the correct healthcare providers, useful information, or helpful medications that can provide relief. You should always consult with licensed healthcare providers but let this spell assist you in ameliorating the spiritual causes of distress. This spell is designed to help you in finding real-world solutions on your healing journey.
Write what you wish to let go of (for example, “past trauma”) on the petition paper that comes with your booster pack. Fold it away from you to send it on its way, then place the paper under your dish or tray. Apply Holy Healing Oil to the Human candle in an upward motion to invite in healing and then sprinkle with the glass glitter from your booster pack. Dress your thick tapers in the included Reverse Negativity oil, this time in a downward motion while speaking out lout what you wish to release. Since you have four support candles you could choose four different things to release, or just repeat the same intention for each candle. Pour your herb packets in a circle around the figural candle for long lasting healing. Place the mojo bag in front of the plate while your spell burns to send the energy of your intention into the bag, and then carry it with you whenever possible and feed it with a drop of Holy Healing oil or the smoke of any incense each Sunday.
Timing: Light this spell on The Full Moon and burn it over several days (snuffing it out each time). As the moon reduces in size visualize your trauma or aliment doing the same.
6. Do a Candle Spell to Increase Fundraising Efforts
What You’ll Need: A Green Beeswax Human Figural Candle, A Generosity Candle Spell Booster Pack, Abundant Prosperity Spiritual Oil, and Money Drawing Potion
Instructions: A candle spell is a great way to bring in big money for a fundraiser! This spell can be used to bring money in to any fundraiser, project, business venture, person, or even country! Just inscribe the name of where you want the funds to go on the base of the candle or on the petition paper that comes with the booster pack.
Brew up your Money Drawing Potion and drink it as you assemble and burn this candle spell. With each sip you take picture another donation or investor committing to your cause. Dress the figural candle with Abundant Prosperity Oil in an upward motion starting at the base. Speak your intention as you do so. Apply your Money Magnet oil from the booster pack to your support candles and place them in a square around the figural candle. Sprinkle the herb packets around the candles or use them to create symbols on the plate like dollar signs or even an exact dollar amount! Place the Green Tree Agate from the booster pack on the plate as the candles burn and then carry it with you or leave it in the location you’re raising money for after the spell completes.
Timing: Light this spell on a Thursday or any day during the planetary hour of Jupiter.
7. A Spell for Breaking Bad Habits
What You’ll Need: A Black Beeswax Human Figural Candle, A Banishing Candle Spell Booster Pack, and a Eucalyptus Bundle
Instructions: Begin by writing your bad habit on the petition paper from your booster. Fold the paper away from you to send the habit away and then place the paper under your dish or tray. You may also want to carve your name and that habit into the base of the candle. You could also do this spell on multiple people, for example a group of people who are working against you. In this case inscribe “my enemies” or their names (if known) on the candle instead of your own name.
Next dress your figural candle with the Banishing oil from the booster pack. Apply the oil in a downward motion starting at the top of the candle. As you do this you can speak your petition out loud such as “I let go of my addiction.” or “I banish my enemies”. Assemble the rest of your support candles and herbs according to the instructions included in the booster pack. Burn your Eucalyptus Bundle when you light the candle and again any time in the future when you have thoughts of the thing you wish to banish. You may want to break off a piece of the Eucalyptus to carry with you to smell when burning is not possible!
Timing: Light this spell on a Tuesday or on any day during the planetary hour of Mars.
8. A Candle Spell for Self Love and Empowerment
What You’ll Need: A Pink Beeswax Human Figural Candle, An Empowerment Candle Spell Booster Pack, Energetic Purification Bath Crystals and a Self Love Spiritual Oil
Instructions: The world can be a tough place, especially for people who struggle with their self love. If you struggle with self love this spell can help you to be happier with the person in the mirror and also more empowered to live your best and most authentic life. Self Love Spiritual Oil is a powerful tool for anyone on a self-love journey, and working with just the oil on its own can lead to tremendous results!
I recommend taking three spiritual baths leading up to the night that you do your spell. Bring the figural candle with you to the bathroom and dress it with the Self Love Oil (in an upward motion) and sit it next to the tub facing you. You’ll add a little bit more oil to the candle each night, building up your self love as you do so. Add a few drops of the Self Love Oil to your bath along with the Energetic Purification Bath Crystals (or any other bath crystals that call to you, or even just a handful of sea salt + a handful of epsom salt). Keep your thoughts on your intention during this bath, washing away anything that no longer serves you and refilling your self love tank to 100% full.
On the final night dress your candle with Self Love oil one last time and then pour on the purple glass glitter from your booster pack on in an upward motion. Write your intention on the petition paper from the booster kit (such as “Each day my self love grows” or “I am empowered to live and love my truth“) and fold it toward you to bring in more self love and empowerment. Place this paper under your dish or tray and then sit the human candle in the middle. Attach your four support candles dressed with Absolute Power oil to the plate by lightly melting the bottoms and then pressing down. I suggest placing them in a square around your figural candle. Sprinkle your herbs around the plate and place your Bloodstone gemstone nearby while the spell burns. After keep it on your altar or on your person to keep your empowerment growing.
Timing: Light this candle on the New Moon and burn it over several nights, snuffing it out each night. As the moon increases in size picture your self love and empowerment increasing as well. You could also light this during any other time of the month during the planetary hour of The Sun or on a Sunday.
9. Do a Candle Spell to Strengthen a Sexual Connection
What You’ll Need: A Red Beeswax Human Figural Candle, An Attraction Candle Spell Booster Pack, Fire of Desire Spiritual Oil and A Yerba Santa Bundle
Instructions: A wonderful way to use the Human candle is to use it to represent all parties in a romantic relationship. 
This candle not having a specific gender means it can represent you and your partner or partners! If the sexual heat in your relationship has gone down you can use this spell to bring it back up. First carve the names of all parties into the candle, or you could be more general an inscribe “My Relationship”.
Apply the Fire of Desire oil to the figural candle in an upward motion, followed by the red glass glitter from your booster pack. Use the Magnetic Attraction oil on the support candles and place them around your main candle. Sprinkle the herbs from your booster kit in lines that connect the support candles to your main candle to strengthen your sexual connection. Burn your Yerba Santa bundle when you light your candle as well as prior to any steamy romantic time with your partner to intensify your results. If you’re not in a relationship you could use this same spell to make people more sexually attracted to you!
Timing: Light this candle on a Friday or any day during the planetary hour of Venus.
10. Using Magic to Influence a Court or Government
What You’ll Need: A Brown Beeswax Human Figural Candle, A Control Candle Spell Booster Pack, Truth and Justice Spiritual Oil and an Oregano Herb Bundle
Instructions: It can be very scary when your government doesn’t support you or is attempting to take away your rights. Or the rights of a group of people that are important to you. While the most important thing we can do to impact situations like this is use our vote and our voice, using some magic to support your goal is also a wonderful idea. Brown candles have long been used court-case work or in spells to help you feel more grounded and safe. Start by inscribing the candle. What you will write depends on the work you’re doing. If doing a spell related to an upcoming Supreme Court Case, for example, you could inscribe “The Supreme Court” and visualize this candle as all nine Justices. 
Dress your candle in Truth and Justice oil in an upward motion, speaking your intention out loud as you do so. Really focus on the ideas you want to put into the heads of the people making this decision. As you reach the top of your candle spend some extra time rubbing the oil into the candle’s head while you picture those ideas going straight into their minds. Dress the candle in the black glass glitter from the booster pack. Dress your support candles in Command and Control oil while visualizing the judges or deciding parties ruling exactly how you want them to. Place them in a square around your figural candle and then sprinkle the herbs from your booster pack around the plate. Place your Hematite gemstone on the tray and then keep it on your person or on your altar until you see a final decision come through in this case. Burn oregano when lighting the spell, and again when the spell completes. You can keep burning oregano each Saturday until results are seen.
Timing: Light this candle on a Saturday or any day during the planetary hour of Saturn.
