GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT – WHOLESALE WITCHCRAFT SUPPLIES

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores, as well as online sales must receive prior written approval.

You agree to sell only through your own shop or website and not to sell product on multi-seller websites such as eBay, Etsy, Walmart or Amazon. 

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Opening order minimum is $150 and reorder minimum is $100. To qualify for wholesale pricing, items must be purchased in packs of 6. Individual items can be purchased at regular retail price.  

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

All Madame Pamita products are handmade with real essential oils. As such there may be slight variations in colors, scent, etc. By purchasing these products, you accept that there may be minor variations that in no way affect the quality of the product. Most orders are custom fulfilled for you. Please allow 7 days for assembly for orders under $200 and 14 days for orders over $200.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept payments via credit card and Paypal through our website. No orders will be processed until payment is received.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The Wholesale Buyer incurs all shipping costs including duties levied by your home country. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS, whichever is least expensive. If you have a particular carrier that you prefer, please note that in your order notes. Any excess fees resulting from your choice will be communicated to you via email and once approved and paid, the product will be shipped. If you would like to pick up your order from our factory in Canoga Park, CA rather than having it shipped, please note this request in your order notes and contact wholesale@parlourofwonders.com to make arrangements. If there are any adjustments to shipping charges in your favor, you will receive a refund once the product is shipped/picked up.

PRICING POLICY

All Madame Pamita and Parlour of Wonders products have a manufacturers’ suggested retail price (MSRP) as specified on the Parlour of Wonders website. Wholesale Buyers retain the right to charge above the MSRP; however, you may not charge less than the MSRP. 

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Madame Pamita/Parlour of Wonders. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may only be used for the resale of the corresponding products.  

MERCHANTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATIONS

The Wholesale Buyer agrees that Parlour of Wonders makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of Madame Pamita/Parlour of Wonders products. The Wholesale Buyer also agrees that Parlour of Wonders is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Wholesale Buyer or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and indemnifies Parlour of Wonders for any legal actions that emanate or arise from such actions.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

Parlour of Wonders reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Prices are subject to change without notice. Either party with 30-day written notice can terminate the wholesale relationship.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Parlour of Wonders. Parlour of Wonders does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Parlour of Wonders website.
