Invoke the free spirit within and invite sensuality and connection with nature with this Beeswax Pan God of the Wild Candle.

Description

Pan is one of the oldest Greek gods. He is the god of wild nature, wooded areas and pasturelands. In ancient times, worship of Pan centered in nature, often in caves or grottos. He was the special god of shepherds, hunters and those who played rustic music. Pan was said to help them, appearing to give advice on when to move and where to go.

Today, many witches and spiritual people connect with Pan as a way to access their own wild nature within. Gardeners invite Pan to bless their plants and trees with his power. Others invite the spirit of Pan to connect more deeply to the land and nature. You can also ask him to help you to know the spirits and magic of the creatures around you. Pan can also help us to discover our divine sexuality.

Use the color candle that most closely aligns with your intention:

  • Red for passion and sexuality

  • Pink for romance or friendship

  • Yellow for confidence and luck

  • Green for prosperity and fertility

  • Black for protection or banishing

  • White for cleansing or blessing

  • Blue for healing or psychic gifts

  • Orange to open up blockages

  • Purple for empowerment

  • Brown for grounding or connecting with nature

In spellwork, you can use this candle to honor the god Pan, ask for his assistance, or to invoke the characteristics of Pan.

These beautiful candles are 100% pure beeswax with no fragrances, essential oils or herbs added. Beeswax candles are the ultimate magical tool.  While the superior burn of beeswax is useful for any type of work, the honey-imbued wax is especially perfect for connecting to spirits.

A simple way to use this candle to honor Pan is to apply an appropriate dressing oil (such as Spirit Guide Oil or Native Spirit Oil) in an upward motion to the candle and sprinkle the herbs of his sacred groves around him: Juniper Berries, Pine, and Olive Leaves. Light some Cedarwood Incense and then light your candle at twilight – that liminal time when his spirit will be most active.

I used this candle with native spirit oil to invoke Pan in a ritual and it was very effective. The candle is really well designed with a good strong base.
