I am OBSSESSED with the Powerful Protection Oil, it is my favorite in Madame Pamita’s entire collection. Basically, I never leave home without application of it in some form. It makes me feel safe and secure going about my day. I feel real layer of protection when wearing this oil – it is indeed powerful!
Aside from regularly using the oil when preparing my candles, I’ve been challenging myself to find new creative ways to use it. Recently, I’ve found a great way to incorporate this oil into my daily life – I now make my own dry shampoo (because who needs all the nasties and warnings that have come with the aerosol cans lately!). Two simple ingredients, arrowroot powder and a few drops of oil – shake it up well, or blend with a fork or whisk in the container of your choice and there you have it, a natural product that smells nice at a fraction of the cost of purchasing from the drug store – with the added shield of protection! You can customize your dry shampoo to suit your intention with any oil. Bonus tip, add some cocoa powder to your dry shampoo mixture if you have darker hair to avoid a chalky appearance.
Once a month or so, I also rub some of the Powerful Protection oil on all the door handles (inside and out), locks and window cranks in my home.
